Just recently, I've been hired for a job that requires me to move out of state and the only thing holding me back is finding someone to take this apartment off my hands. The lease runs until may and is for a large 1Bedroom unit. The apartment complex is strategically located near the UT campus along the 1L and 1M bus lines as well as the UT shuttle. Definitely post this on Craigslist under Austin, temporary housing.
We've rented our condo out that way 3 or 4 times and gotten plenty of responses. Also go under "housing wanted" section for Austin and you may find someone who is looking for what you have to offer.
